1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By booking any of our travel products through this website, the customer expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions. Enigma Travel reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

Our products include excursions, expeditions, guided hikes, adventure tours, and organized tourist experiences. Each product includes a detailed description of what is included and excluded.

3. PAYMENT METHODS

• We accept payments through PayPal, which allows the use of credit and debit cards.
• The reservation is considered confirmed only when the full payment or the agreed advance.
• If a payment system is offered in installments, it will be clearly specified in the corresponding product.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellations by the client:

• 15 days or more in advance: 80% refund of the amount paid.
• Between 14 and 7 days: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days old: There are no refunds, except in justified cases of force majeure.

Cancellations by Enigma Travel:

• If the cancellation is due to weather, safety, or logistical reasons, the customer may choose to:
  • Change the tour date.
  • Choose another available product of the same value.
  • Request the 50% refund.

5. CHANGES IN THE RESERVATION

Changes to the date or destination of the tour can be requested with at least 15 days in advance, and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

• You must follow the guide's instructions and safety rules throughout the experience.

7. NO SHOW POLICY

If the client does not show up the day of the activity without prior notice, No refunds will be made.

8. DOCUMENTATION

The customer must carry valid identification documents. In some cases, a signature may be required. disclaimer of liability before the start of the tour.

9. INSURANCE

Some tours include adventure insurance. If it's not included, it will be offered as an option. We strongly recommend purchasing it for your safety.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including photos, text, and audiovisual material, belongs to Enigma Travel. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

11. DATA PROTECTION

Personal information collected during the booking process will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share data with third parties without your consent.

12. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. In the event of a dispute, an amicable settlement will be attempted before resorting to legal proceedings.
