It is not mandatory to have previous experience, but Yes, it is necessary to have good physical conditionThe hike involves long climbs, uneven terrain, and altitudes exceeding 4,000 meters above sea level. If you've never trekked in the mountains before, we recommend training with shorter hikes.

The weather is very changeable and unpredictable. We may experience hours of sunshine, as well as frequent rain and prolonged snowfall. We recommend packing three layers of thermal and waterproof clothing. Once you’ve made your reservation, we’ll send you all the technical details about the trip.

During this expedition, you’ll sleep in tents at the base camp near the lagoon. The setting is natural, with basic amenities—no electricity or cell service. We provide the tents, but you must bring your own sleeping bag and sleeping pad. If you don’t have a sleeping bag, please contact us a week in advance so we can assist you.

We offer a shared-load mule service for sleeping bags and Sleeping pad, allowing you to travel lighter. It’s important to pack only what you need and use a waterproof backpack with a maximum capacity of 45 liters. We’ll advise you before the trip on how to pack your backpack
